【Returns and Exchanges】


-If you live in Japan-


1) Returns/Exchanges and Refunds due to Defective Products


If the product falls under the defective product criteria below, we will exchange it free of charge within 6 days of product arrival.

If the product you want to exchange is out of stock, we will refund the full amount including shipping costs.

In case of exchange or refund, the customer is requested to handle the defective product.



【Exchange Conditions within Scope】


・The actual size differs from the listed size. (Excluding differences within 1-3cm)

・The product has cuts or holes.

・The color of the delivered product is clearly different from the actual order.

・Buttons are missing.

・Other significant defects related to wear.


※ The listed sizes are generally measured flat, and slight errors may occur.

※ Overseas products may have looser manufacturing standards compared to Japanese products, and may be roughly made.

※ Depending on the monitor or display environment, the actual product may look different in color, texture, etc.


Please note that we cannot accept returns/exchanges or refunds for conditions outside the scope listed below.


【Conditions for Returns Outside the Scope】

・Returns/exchanges due to customer's convenience (color, size, etc.)

・For overseas products, some items may not have buttonholes. In such cases, the customer is required to make the holes themselves.

・Products without tags (considered used if tags are removed).

・Products that cannot be confirmed because the label has been discarded.

・Products that have passed more than 6 days since arrival.

・Used, repaired, washed, or cleaned products.

・Products that are dirty, stained, or have odors attached by the customer.

・For overseas products, items with loose stitching, thread ends, no washing tags, wrinkles, loose beads or buttons, etc., are excluded.

・Products with size discrepancies within 1-3cm.


2) Regarding Cancellation after Order


Cancellations are generally not accepted as orders are processed automatically after placement.


3) Regarding Size Exchange after Item Arrival


We do not accept any size exchanges after the item has arrived.


4) If the package could not be delivered due to incorrect address input by the customer

The customer is responsible for the full cost of reshipping fees. If the package is returned to our warehouse and over 30 days have passed, the ordered item will be discarded. No refunds will be issued for discarded items.


-If you live outside of Japan-


We want you to fall in love with your purchase and we continually strive to deliver the highest quality products possible. If for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for REFUND or EXCHANGE it for another style within 30 days of receiving your order.

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.

Merchandise must have all original tags attached.

Except for quality issues, special products Clearance sale are not participating in the return policy. If your order has been paid through Store Credit or Coupon code only, please note that all products will become Final Sale or Clearance Sale and not eligible for return or refund.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. The original shipping cost (if any) is non-refundable, in most cases.

Please note that we do not provide a shipping label on returns.

To return or exchange an item please follow the steps below:

Include a copy of the packing slip or confirmation email from your order and note the new size or item desired. (We cannot guarantee all items and sizes will be in stock for exchanges.)

Mail your return to address provided to you via email.

Once your return is received, your new items will be shipped out at no additional cost or we will issue your refund.

REFUNDS

The tracking number is required once you send it back. Otherwise, the order will lose the refund service.


Refunds will be processed within approximately 5 to 7 business days after we receive your return.

The shipping back charges are non-refundable.

Import duties/taxes and customs fees are non-refundable.

Except for quality issues, special merchandise does not participate in the return policy.

Please note that store credits cannot be redeemed for cash. In addition, if your order is purchased through store credits offered from a previous return, the order is not eligible for free return.


*If the item you receive is defective

-Returns/exchanges and refunds for defective items-

If the item is within the scope of the defective items specified below, we will exchange it free of charge within 6 days of receipt of the item.

If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will proceed with a full refund of the amount paid, including shipping costs.

In the case of exchange and refund, please dispose of the defective item(s) on your own.

Conditions for exchanges within the scope of the exchange

The actual size is different from the size stated on the website. (1-3cm or less is not applicable.) ・Item has a cut or hole in the item.

The sizes listed are basically the measurements on a flat surface, and there may be a slight difference.

Overseas products may have less stringent product standards than ours, and sewing and manufacturing may be crude.

Depending on the monitor or display environment you are viewing, the color, texture, etc. may appear different from the actual product.


In addition, please note that we cannot accept any returns/exchanges or refunds if the following conditions apply to the exchange of out of scope.


Conditions of return of goods not subject to the following

Because of the overseas products, there are also products that do not have holes in the button holes for bottoms such as jeans and denim. In such cases, please understand that you will be asked to open the holes by yourself.

In such cases, the customer will be required to open the holes by themselves.

Merchandise for which we are unable to confirm the label (e.g., if the label has been thrown away).

Merchandise that has been in the shop for more than 6 days after arrival.

Merchandise that has been used, altered, washed, or cleaned

Items that have been used, altered, washed, or cleaned. Items with fraying, threading, no laundry tag, wrinkles, or loose beads or buttons will not be accepted.

Size error is within 1-3cm.
