Returns and Exchanges
We want you to fall in love with your purchase and continually strive to deliver the highest quality products possible. If for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a REFUND or EXCHANGE it for another style within 30 days of receiving your order.
Conditions for Return:
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
- Merchandise must have all original tags attached.
- Except for quality issues, special products and clearance sale items are not eligible for return.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. The original shipping cost (if any) is non-refundable.
Please note that we do not provide a shipping label for returns.

To return or exchange an item, please follow the steps below:
- Include a copy of the packing slip or confirmation email from your order and note the new size or item desired. (We cannot guarantee all items and sizes will be in stock for exchanges.)
- Mail your return to the address provided to you via email.
- Once your return is received, your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost, or we will issue your refund.
REFUNDS:
A tracking number is required once you send the item back. Otherwise, the order will lose the refund service.
Refunds will be processed within approximately 5 to 7 business days after we receive your return.
The return shipping charges are non-refundable.
Import duties/taxes and customs fees are non-refundable.
Except for quality issues, special merchandise does not participate in the return policy.
Please note that store credits cannot be redeemed for cash. In addition, if your order is purchased through store credits offered from a previous return, the order is not eligible for free return.
If the item you receive is defective:
(1) Returns/exchanges and refunds for defective items
If the item is within the scope of the defective items specified below, we will exchange it free of charge within 6 days of receipt of the item.
If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will proceed with a full refund of the amount paid, including shipping costs.
In the case of exchange and refund, please dispose of the defective item(s) on your own.
Conditions for exchanges within the scope of the exchange:
- The actual size is different from the size stated on the website (1-3cm difference is not applicable).
- The product has a cut or hole.
- The color of the received item is clearly different from the actual order.
- Other serious defects related to wear.
The sizes listed are basically the measurements on a flat surface, and there may be a slight difference.
Overseas products may have less stringent product standards than ours, and sewing and manufacturing may be crude.
Depending on the monitor or display environment you are viewing, the color, texture, etc. may appear different from the actual product.
Conditions of return of goods not subject to the following:
- Returns and exchanges for the customer's convenience (color, size, etc.).
- Because of the overseas products, there are also products that do not have holes in the button holes for bottoms such as jeans and denim. In such cases, please understand that you will be asked to open the holes by yourself.
- Merchandise for which we are unable to confirm the label (e.g., if the label has been thrown away).
- Merchandise that has been in the shop for more than 6 days after arrival.
- Merchandise that has been used, altered, washed, or cleaned.
- Items with fraying, threading, no laundry tag, wrinkles, or loose beads or buttons will not be accepted.
- Size error is within 1-3cm.
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incomplete address entered by the customer:
The customer will be responsible for all reshipment fees. If the package is returned to our warehouse and more than 30 days have passed, the ordered items will be discarded. No refunds will be accepted if items are discarded.
