Ordering and Delivery Process🚚】

STEP1: Arrangement of products (3~6 business days after order)

After the order (payment confirmation) is completed, the order is placed with the manufacturer on the next business day.

→Inspect the products and carefully wrap and package them in preparation for shipping.

STEP2. ship goods from overseas to the customer's country (7~10 business days after order)

From the overseas shipping base, the goods go through customs and are flown to the customer's country

At this stage, we will send a tracking number to your e-mail address where you can check the detailed delivery status.

→Upon arrival in the customer's country, the shipment will again pass through customs and be transported to a domestic warehouse.

STEP3: Upon arrival in the customer's country, the order is shipped by a local delivery company (14~20 business days after the order is placed)

The above flow is only a guide.

Please note that there may be a delay due to product replacement during the inspection process to ensure delivery of high quality products, or due to the flight conditions of international transportation.

Please note that we are not in business on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, so we are not in charge of ordering and shipping.

Shipping times may vary depending on product availability.

*If the delivery route is very busy, arrival may be later than usual.

Where can I find the tracking number?

We will send a notification to your registered email address once the product has been manufactured and shipped.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped as soon as they are processed in our warehouse. The processing time for orders is as follows

3-10 business days depending on the product design and item (subject to product availability). (depending on product design and availability). To ensure the highest quality for our customers, our items are made-to-order. (*Some items are not made-to-order.)

Do I have to pay any customs duties or taxes?

Customs duties on international shipments vary from country to country. Customers are responsible for any customs duties charged. 

Failed delivery / Return to sender / Abandoned package
If we are unable to deliver your package to the address provided due to an incorrect shipping address or phone number, the package will be returned to the sender (chamule) at your expense.

If the consignee (customer) is not available at the time of delivery, the package will be held at the local delivery courier center for pickup (as indicated in the tracking history based on destination country). If the customer does not receive the package for any reason, the package will be returned to the sender (chamule) at the customer's expense.

For international customers, if the customer refuses to accept the package, the package will be returned to the sender (chamule) at the customer's expense. The cost includes shipping charges/customs duty. This amount will be deducted from the total amount refunded.

If returned, the package will be held at customs for 30 days after which it will be destroyed. Once the package is destroyed, you will no longer be entitled to a replacement or refund for your order.
