【Flow from Order to Delivery🚚】

STEP1. Product Preparation (3-6 business days after order)

After order (payment confirmation) is completed, the order is placed with the manufacturer the next business day

→ The product is inspected, carefully packed, and prepared for shipment

STEP2. Shipping to Customer's Country from Overseas (7-10 business days after order)

The product is shipped from an overseas shipping point, goes through customs, and is airfreighted to the customer's country

At this stage, a tracking number that allows you to check detailed delivery status will be sent to the customer's registered email address.

→ After arriving in the customer's country, it goes through customs again and is transported to a domestic warehouse

STEP3. Local Delivery in the Customer's Country (14-20 business days after order)

* The above flow is only a guideline.

Due to the inspection process to deliver high-quality products, product exchanges, and international shipping conditions, delays beyond the guideline may occur. Thank you for your understanding in advance.

* As weekends and holidays are not business days, we do not handle collection and shipping operations on those days.

* Depending on product stock status, the shipping time may vary.

* In case of significant congestion on the delivery route, arrival may be delayed compared to usual.

【Where can I check the tracking number?】

You will be notified at the stage when the product production is completed and the shipping process has been carried out to the registered email address.

【When will my order be shipped?】

Orders are processed and shipped sequentially from our warehouse. The processing time for orders is as follows:

Depending on the design and product, it takes 3-10 business days (varies depending on product stock status). To deliver the best quality to customers, our items are made to order. (Note: Some items are not made to order.)

【Do I need to pay customs duties or taxes?】

Customs duties for overseas shipments vary by country. If customs duties are requested, they will be borne by the customer.

【Delivery failure / Return to sender / Abandonment of cargo】
If the delivery address or phone number is incorrect and the package cannot be delivered to the specified address, the package will be returned to the sender (chamule) at the customer's expense.

If the recipient (customer) is absent at the time of delivery, the package will be kept at the local delivery center for collection (displayed in the tracking history based on the destination country). If the customer fails to collect the package for any reason, it will be returned to the sender (chamule) at the customer's expense.

In the case of overseas customers, if the package is refused, it will be returned to the sender (chamule) at the customer's expense. The cost includes delivery charges/customs duties. This amount will be deducted from the total refundable amount.

If the package is returned, it will be stored at customs for 30 days, after which it will be abandoned. If the package is abandoned, the customer loses the right to exchange or refund the order.
