   When our shop is requested by a customer to disclose personal information in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act, we will disclose it to the customer without delay after confirming that the request is from the customer themselves (if the personal information does not exist, we will notify the customer to that effect). However, this does not apply if our shop is not obligated to disclose such information under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations. Additionally, personal information may be disclosed to payment companies for identity verification, billing address confirmation, and credit checks.

9. Correction, etc. of Personal Information
   When our shop is requested by a customer to correct, add, or delete (hereinafter referred to as "correction, etc.") personal information on the grounds that it is not true in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act, we will conduct the necessary investigation without delay within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use after confirming that the request is from the customer themselves, and based on the results, we will correct the content of the personal information and notify the customer to that effect (if we decide not to make the correction, etc., we will notify the customer to that effect). However, this does not apply if our shop is not obligated to make such corrections, etc. under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations.

10. Suspension of Use, etc. of Personal Information
    When our shop is requested by a customer to suspend the use or delete (hereinafter referred to as "suspension of use, etc.") personal information in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act on the grounds that it is being handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use publicly announced in advance or that it was obtained by deception or other wrongful means, and if the request is found to have a reason, we will confirm that the request is from the customer themselves and suspend the use, etc. of the personal information without delay and notify the customer to that effect. However, this does not apply if our shop is not obligated to suspend the use, etc. under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations.

11. Use of Cookies and Other Technologies
    Our shop's services may use cookies and similar technologies. These technologies help us understand the usage status of our shop's services and contribute to improving our services.
